Kristin Ramos
Every band of originals has its grounded one whose hard work makes the fantasies a reality, and puts art into action. The Beatles had McCartney, The Police had Sting, and Club Shred has Kristin Ramos. Over the last few years Kristin has built her name working various fields within event producing and hospitality all over the United States.
Between doing brand activations like Rihanna’s Fenty Puma launch at the Mondrian in South Beach, producing a Drag Brunch with Neil Patrick Harris for New York Food & Wine Festival, and hosting Martha Stewart as well as the Chainsmokers for South Beach Food and Wine, Kristin’s experience in marketing and event coordination has made her a driving force in Club Shred.

Ben Katzman
Some people spend their lives looking at their favorite rock stars in poster form and some people spend their lives becoming the rockstar on the poster. Ben Katzman has spent the last 10 years chasing a dream of shredding that has brought him onto festival stages around the world such as Coachella, and placed his various works in magazines such as Pitchfork, Vice, and Rolling Stone.
Ben started his professional career launching the label imprint ‘BUFU records’ which produced early releases for well known groups such as Tall Juan, Free Pizza, Mannequin Pussy, and Japanther amongst others. In addition to producing, Ben has also grinded axes in such bands as Guerilla Toss, White Fang, as well as his solo project DeGreaser earning him sponsorships and tours with Volcom, Redbull as well as endorsements with such brands as Fender and Pit Viper.

Robert Ramos
While a lot of people don’t ever really understand what a producer does, Robert Ramos makes the role as clear as day. Over the past decade Robert has followed his natural impulse to intertwine his passion for music, art, and experience building through various lenses and mediums whether it be producing short films and music videos or building out interactive experiences for various events in the South Florida area.
In 2014 Robert handled art direction for Miami’s III points festival managing a team of over a dozen designers, fabricators, and other creatives to build out the installation zone which included a 747 cockpit, a two story watchtower, and a created their legendary school bus lounge that still appears at III points to this day. In 2022 Robert’s feature length documentary ‘The South Beach Shark Club’ premiered at the Miami International Film Festival to multiple sold out screenings and even earning him the MIFF Documentary Achievement Award ahead of the film's international release.
